Forex Tester End-User License Agreement

License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single entity) and Forex Tester Software Company for the computer software Forex Tester (the Software). By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree with this EULA, then you should not use the Software and should delete all copies of this Software from your computer(s).

The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties and other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold

Grant of Right to Use

Registered version. If you have a Forex Tester 3 or Forex Tester 4 or Forex Tester license, you can use the same registration key on a few computers. The license allows you to install the software on your PC at home and, for example, on a laptop at work. You’ll be able to run the program on the PC when you are not working with it on the laptop. Working with Forex Tester on both machines simultaneously is not possible.

Your Forex Tester 2 registration key will work for one machine only. The software is attached to your computer and cannot be registered with the same key on another device.

Free and Paid Data Subscriptions.

Forex Tester Software company verifies the quality of Forex Historical Data; it provides and guarantees timely updates of the Data.

The frequency of the updates is as follows:

  • Every day for paid Super and Standard packages.
  • Once a month for free data of a Basic (Forexite free data) package.

Super and Standard services include monthly or annual recurring payments.

The details about the difference of the subscription types are available on the Historical Data page. All downloaded data is stored on your computer and remains valid for use after the subscription expires.

Terms of Refunds

All newly-purchased Software licenses and data service subscriptions are covered with a 14-day unconditional money-back guarantee.

To receive a refund, contact the Support Team at support@forextester.com within the period of 14 days from the purchase of the Software license and expressly state your decision to cancel the purchase.

It takes no longer than 48 hours for the support team to process the request.

Please note: It takes several days for the money to appear on your bank account balance.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning this license. THE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY PURCHASE ORDER PLACED BY YOU IS EXPRESSLY MADE CONDITIONAL ON YOUR ASSENT TO THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, such provision will be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

The present Privacy Policy describes how we (Forex Tester Software Inc, a company registered under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada; hereinafter refers to «we», «the Company», «us», «our») collect, store, use and protect your (hereinafter “you”, “user”) personal data you provide us with when using the website www.forextester.com (hereinafter the «Website»). It also outlines the rights you have with regard to your personal data.

We collect information from you when you use our Website, place an order or fill out a contact form. We do not collect any information that could identify you without your permission.

We keep the personal information for the period of time it is reasonably necessary to provide our services, unless when a longer period is required under the applicable legislation.

User Data Collection

The software “Forex Tester” contains built-in functionality for data collection about the way you are using the software. Such information will be used to improve the software and its overall performance.

  • The date and time for the most important interactions with the training module, including but not limited to starting and completing the lessons;
  • The current version of Forex Tester you are using, including license key and launch time and date;
  • HardwareID data;
  • The way you are interacting with the training module, including the names of courses and lessons accessed;
  • UserID, which is generated automatically;
  • Your email address used to provide feedback (if you decide to do so).

With your additional consent, the software “Forex Tester” may also collect additional information, namely: date, time, and a number of interactions with the software and most of its features.

This information will be used solely to improve user experience and make the software more efficient and valuable. ​​You may disable this functionality at any time.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you use the Website or place an order.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers. Moreover, this information is being collected only by third-party payment services (gateway) providers in accordance with the appropriate privacy policy of such providers.
