With version 2.6 we started a new data service that will improve the process of importing historical data into the Forex Tester program. Before this improvement, you had to download the historical data manually, unzip it and import it by yourself. This was very time consuming and not very convenient. Also, it was not possible to update just missing parts of the data - you had to download the whole archive. The new sevice resolves all these problems and gives you these advantages:

• It saves your time. You do not have to download quotes from our site manually - the program will do it for you with one simple click.
• It introduces the new option to download just missing data from the last update. So instead of updating 10 years of data you can download just 1 month if you updated your history only a month ago.
• We update our historical data every month (free of charge), but, if you need more frequent updates, you can sign up for "Standard" or "VIP" service and update history every day. With this service you can replay even the previous market day.
• You have the option to get data from different brokers (for subscribers of "Standard" and "VIP" services). Historical data differs from broker to broker and it is better to test your strategy on that specific broker's data where you are going to trade.
• You can download 5-digit data (for subscribers of "Standard" and "VIP" services).
• You have the option to get real tick data (for subscribers of "VIP" service); this will improve testing quality. Scalping strategies are very sensitive to this.
• You have the option to get data with floating spread (for subscribers of "VIP" service); As you know, the spread can influence your trading - especially before and during news events, etc..

Subscription types

* Access to data will be activated in a few minutes after the purchase, you just need to request the activation through "Help -> Activate Data Service". This is the monthly based subscription, during the paid period you will get access to the extended historical data that is updated every day. If you order more then 1 month of subscription, you will get a discount (up to 50%).
