| In the Trailing Stop window there is the option for "Step of Change". What does that do and how do you use it?

Hello,
Sorry for the delay in reply, we’re quite slow on weekends.
Please find “Trailing stop” feature on the second tab of “Place order/Modify order” dialog:
Order's stop loss will be changed for X pips (“Step of change” setting) when the profit of the order exceeds the selected number of points (“Trailing stop points” setting) from its previous fixed value.
You can activate the functionality immediately or after some the profit of an order is bigger than some value.
For example you place Buy order at 1.0000 and set the following Trailing stop properties:
1) Activate on = If profit >= 100 points
2) Trailing stop, points = 40
3) Step of change, points = 5
After the order is placed it will have no SL level until the profit of the order reaches 100 pips, then SL level will be set at 1.0100-40pips = 1.0060. After that each time the price rises for 5 pips in comparison to the previous fixed level the SL will be moved up for 5 pips (SL = 1.0065, 1.0070, 1.0075, etc…).

Hi Terranin/FT Support,
I set up pending orders with trailing stop enabled, but I'm shocked to see them fill out the active trade space with over 20 trades at once as they switch to disabled trailing stop. It's okay the first time I try to test the trades but when I try to repeat the test so I can watch and adjust, trailing stop is completely disabled once they enter the active positions space. A bug? I cant seem to find any help anywhere except you guys ...?

Sorry but we cannot reproduce the problem now, so we need your help.
Do you have the same problem with one pending order as well or does it happen only in case when you have a lot of pending orders?
Did you place your pending orders manually or you used some script/strategy?
what settings of Trailing Stop did you use?
