Historic data not downloading

I am experiencing some problems with my newly acquired tester 2 software for which I require an urgent resolution:

Historic data for the following pairs only downloads 1 month of data (Jan 2011) despite my instructing it to download 2 years worth of data:

AUDUSD, AUDJPY, GBPUSD, GBPJPY, EURJPY

I have triple checked the dates and repeated the process of downloading of historic data a few times but it still does not work. I have generated ticks each time but the data is still only available for Jan 2011 and nothing else.

Historic data DOES download successfully for EURUSD and USDCAD but not for the other pairs mentioned above.

Please assist urgently
