Hi ya..

I was wondering if it is possible to add more pairs into testing after I have already started the testing of pairs or it is not possible once started?....if so could you please explain how to add the extra pairs into my testing..

Hello Adrian,

Actually there is no built-in functionality which allows adding pairs to existing projects but there is one work-around:

1) Generate ticks for more pairs
2) Start a new test and save it as a new project
3) Open "<Forex Tester>\Projects" folder
4) Copy "desktop.dat" file from the old project to the new one

This will allow to have the same charts in the new project.

If you need to copy your trades as well then you can open file "LastState.dat" with notepad, copy the text starting from "HistoryListSize=" and paste this text to "LastState.dat" file of your old project
