Hello,
I downloaded, purchased and registered the Forex Tester Pro Software. I have been unable to begin using the program. I used the Edit mode to import the AUDUSD data which I had previously downloaded. This seems to have been ok, then I tried generating the ticks as instructed. However when I go to the Testing Mode I get a message:
Can not connect to server, reason:
There is no tick data to work
Please tell me what I am doing wrong

It is possible that you set invalid date range when you generated ticks, and there is no data to generate ticks. Or you forget to check box with your currency when you generated ticks.

The date range I selected when I generated the ticks was Jan 1 '07 thru Dec 30 '08. I did check the AUDUSD box. The data seems to have been imported as there was the screen as shown in the instructions showing the columns etc. When I go to "generate ticks" there seem not to be any actions at all, the "Generate Tick Data" window dissapares and that's it. Could it be caused because I am using Vista?

Can I uninstall the Forex Tester Software and reinstall it using the same Key?
