Pending Order disappears when the PO's are triggered

I have a problem but am not sure whether its a bug or just something I don't do correctly when I enter Pending orders.

As can be seen in the attached screenshots I enter 2 x PO's at the same entry price but with different Take Profit targets.

The problem as can be seen in the short video attached, is that the 1 PO disappears as soon as the orders get triggered.

Please help.

Sorry I forgot to mentioned that I am using Version 2.6.12 (26/10/2010)

Also i saw I have posted this problem under the wrong thread, should have been under Bugs for FT2

I found my problem. Rather embarrassing.

The only reason FT2 thrown my pending orders away the moment it triggered, was because I run out of funds/ margin and therefore the order could not be placed.

Well maybe this will help the next person who experience this "problem"
