How do I get historical tick data?

The historical data on this site says it's as low as 1 minute but I need tick data.

You can get tick data from our Data Service. Please see details here:
http://forextester.com/HistoryServiceDescription.html
Tick data is provided to customers who have "VIP" access to the data service.

Can the tick data easily be imported into NinjaTrader 7 or 6.5?
