It is Central European Time:

GMT+1 in winter
GMT+2 in summer

We've changed the time zone of the data on our site to GMT (without daylight saving time).

There are a few reasons why we did it it:

1) Old data was GMT+1 in winter and GMT+2 in summer and it confused a lot of people…
2) Winter/Summer time changes at different dates in different countries
3) It is more convenient to adjust GMT time to any other time zone

So from this moment data here is GMT+0 all year.
