Turbo Dephi - Where ... where ... where can I get it?

I've just bought FT ... been searching the world to get a 'safe' version of Turbo Delphi .. cant find it for love nor money and really don't fancy going down the c++ route ... It's nuts that you FT2 sold saying u can develop strategies in Turbo Delphi but you cannot actually find it anywhere ? I'm not terribly impressed!
Any suggestions as to where I can get a safe copy would be much appreciated.
