There is a button on a toolbar with a besom icon, you can clear the log with it.

Thanks for the reply Mike. That button clears the journal but doesn't seem to clear out the Forextester.log.

It would be handy if there was option to have the journal/forextester.log file cleared automatically whenever a test was run, I'll add a feature request into the Feature Suggestions forum.
