Latest Indicators Source Code?

I'd like to create a customized Pivot Points indicator, based on the current Pivot Points implementation, to eliminate the black rectangles appear in FT2 chart label, which I reported on my other post, by not defining unnecessary index buffers.

However, I'm quite sure the available source code is out-dated and won't produce the current Pivot Points indicator DLL if compiled.

Can you please make the current indicators source codes public? As far as I'm concerned, all I want is the latest source code of Pivot Points indicator.
