Forex Tester 5 Forum

I'm signed in for the VIP service but cannot download. I keep getting the message 'Cannot Download Data From Server'.

I've managed to download data for two pairs in the last two days but for some reason now I cannot.

Is anyone else having this same issue?

Historical data for what pairs and from what broker and time period are you trying to download?

What message do you see in left bottom corner of Data Center window?

Also please check that you have enough space on the local disk where Forex Tester is installed, this also can be a reason of the issue.
