Please see the attached.
You will see;
- London 7:00 is 9:00 on the MT4 screen shot.
- London 7:00 is 9:00 on the ForexTester2 screen shot.
I believe London 7:00 must be 7:00 on the ForexTester2.

Hello,
Thank you for the screenshots.
I've just checked the data from FXCM broker in our program and you are right, historical data for these two periods were not converted into GMT+0 time zone.
I've transferred this issue to our programmers, they will fix it in nearest time.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Can you please look into this again? FXCM data is not being converted to GMT. I am looking at data from 2011.
FXCM server time is GMT+3, and so is the FT2 data. It is supposed to be converted to GMT.

Also note that data is not entirely in sync even if you adjust 3 hours. The horisontal lines in the closeup screenshots are at 1.4400 and 1.4500. On MT4 only one bar crosses the 1.44-level, and on FT2 two bars cross 1.44

Hello
Please open the Data Center, select EURUSD pair and set the "Shift time" slide to a "2".
After this, re-generate ticks and start a new test.
After this, you should see correct data on chart.
Please see the screenshot.

Re: Timezone of FXCM broker data in 2015
Thank you, I made the time shift as suggested and it matched, but only for a while. This was a temporary fix. In June 2011 the data is off by 2 hours and needs to be shifted back again.
Something must be wrong with the data from FXCM, it is not reliable, and not exactly what I paid for.
Is there anything I can do to remedy this other than making another 2 hour shift as a temporary solution?
