It seems to me that this is not correct. Here is why:

I have downloaded AUDUSD with August as the last month.

In the northern hemisphere it is still summer and there is still daylight saving time (DST). The following 2 entries denote the last minute of the previous week and the first minute of the new week:

AUDUSD,20130823,195900,0.9033,0.9033,0.9032,0.9032,4
AUDUSD,20130825,220000,0.9025,0.9025,0.9024,0.9024,4

Now I pick the same trading minutes (last minute of the week, first minute of the next week) in the middle of the winter, in the northern hemisphere there is no DST:

AUDUSD,20121207,210000,1.0486,1.0486,1.0486,1.0486,4
AUDUSD,20121209,230000,1.0485,1.0486,1.0484,1.0484,4

As you can see the winter time is +1 hour. - Well, GMT has no DST it is always equal in summer and in winter. This is why I expect the begin of the week and the end of the week to be the same in winter and in summer if this was really GMT.

What am I missing?
