Where is my order number to activate LiveTickData Client?

I purchased the VIP data service (1 year) and I'm getting this error when attempting to activate: Unknown error.
I sent a couple of emails to support@forextester.com and no response.
Where do I find my order number so I can activate LiveTickData?

Hello,

We've activated the subscription for your LiveTickData Client program, please check if everything is OK now.
If not, please send a key that you see in the "Options" window to us by email support@forextester.com and we will activate it one more time.
