I am unable to download data as a VIP customer. The last date it will only download to is 3rd Nov 2016 for all the pairs, Can you tell me what I have to do to get the latest data.

Historical data from what broker do you download?

Please try to change a broker and download historical data from FXCM, FXDD, Alpari broker, for example, this should help to fix the issue.

I was downloading from ECN feed, changed to FXCM and all working well now.
