How to get MT4 hst file history 1989 to 2010

Hi , i would like this file fo my backtest , but still i only fount in MT4 history file just only have from 1999 to 2010, where do i get that from 1989 to 2010 hitory data , does any body got that, if it does please could any body tell me how and where?....
