Registration Problem

Hello.
I have a problem - after registrating the program with a serial number,
when opening the software, it writes - cannot open form and an invisible window.
Then, the program shuts down.

What can i do ?

It is simple - you did not purchase our program and use invalid registration key created by key generator. It is normal program behavior with the invalid key.
"What can I do?" - you can purchase the program and obtain valid key.

I guess there's a bug in the keygen program, then.. Mike, can you fix that?

I am having this exact problem with my PURCHASED program. I have done all that i can to have this resolve without any success. I even went as far as to make another purchase and this does not work, is there anyone out there who can give an idea as to the cause of this ? After i follow all instructions for activation it give that congratulation prompt, then i shut down to restart and that exact readings is always there, i need some help here please.

You do not need to make second purchase and we will refund your previous order (send me your order info by private message). Only 1 thing can cause this situation if you entered valid registration key - when your HardwareID code changed after restart and does not match the key anymore. If you can provide any remote access to your computer I would assist you with installation.
