Data Center Problem

Can not access the data. Deputy messages that appear when I try to access data center and help page

Hello,

If you see “Offline mode” message it means that something blocks the connection of the Forex Tester with our servers.

Please check your Internet connection and also please check firewall settings. If you use antivirus, please try to disable it and try to download data again.

Also there can be troubles with your Internet Explorer browser. Please try to reinstall Internet Explorer.

If this doesn’t help please download Forex Tester from our site: http://www.forextester.com/download
And install it into different folder (for example, C:\ForexTester2New), then launch Forex Tester from this new folder and check if you can download data.
