Hi,
After selecting the test mode and starting the test, the "preloading data" window comes and doesn't go away. It gets stuck.
I can work with the program but this "preloading data" window won't go away and makes me crazy.
Is there a way to solve this?

Re: Preloading data window stuck
Hello,
You can turn off preloading by unchecking "Preload days:" option when selecting "Define first date to start" option.
Or you can select "Start testing from first date in range" option to avoid preloading.

Re: Preloading data window stuck
Please try to re-generate ticks in Hitory Mode and then start a new test again.
If this doesn't help please reinstall Forex Tester into another folder (like, C:\ForexTester2New), and try to preload data again.

Re: Preloading data window stuck
Sorry. But its still continuing.
I did as you've stated. The same problem continues.
First i re-generated the ticks, then tried again.. The same window got stuck there..
Then i installed the program to a different folder (c:\forextester2new) and tried again..
With the new installation same problem occured but this time with ""eurusd updating incidator moving average" window stuck.
I see that window after start test/define first date to start/preloading 3200 Days and pressing "Start Test" button, and waiting for several minutes (that program finishes preloading)
That window stays there, not letting me watching price charts freely. See?

Hello,
Please switch to Testing Mode, add the chart of necessary currency pairs via File -> Add New chart menu, then click "Start Test" button -> Define first date to start and select necessary number of days preloaded.
Does it work?

Re: Preloading data window stuck
No that didn't work either. Still the window is stuck there.
But i came up with something.
When the window is stuck, i close the program and then run again.
Then i start the test but choose "Continue testing from last date (before disconnect)" choice.
So now i can see the preloaded graphs, without any stuck windows. If i encounter a problem, i will post it here again then.
