Buy Stop/Sell Limit orders not activated

I am trying to place Buy Stop/Sell Limit orders but they don't get activated after the price was hit...Sell/Buy text is not inserted into the chart after order was placed
It worked fine before (right click on the chart, second and third selection from list).

Please note that Buy with Stop Loss and Buy/Sell with Default SL/TP are working.

Probably this happened due to insufficient margin (please see the screenshot).

Insufficient funds is not the case...Market orders are working fine while the Pending orders are not triggered at all...also there are gaps on the ticket numbers...e.g. from 0 jumps to 4, from 8 jumps to 14...Forex Tester is a great tool but I am trying to figure these issues out...

Did you check Journal tab when the pending orders were not triggered? What do you see in the journal when the pending order was not triggered?

Also can you please tell me what symbol properties you have for this currency pair?
