CLEARING MARKET INFO / STATS!

Hello,

I just recently bought FT2 and have been having a play around.
I've watched the videos and checked out this forum- but one thing still baffles me.

How can you just clear your stats / market data and reset everything?
You can save a project rename a project, but you cannot just CLOSE the current project - Or open a NEW project?!

Obviously I'm missing something - but its really annoying me so if anyone can just help me out I'd be really grateful.

I just want to finish a project, save it/ not save it (whatever), have the stats reset, and get onto a new project/system/strategy with a clean market data sheet!!!

Hello,

Please click "Start Test" button and choose "Start testing from fisrt date in range" or "Define first date to start" option to start a new test and clear all previous history (please see the screenshot).

Is there any way to clear/reset the market info without starting again?
Would be a good feature, it's a waste of time recalculating history just to reset stats.

Edit: also, double clicking on the chart's vertical adjustment 'should' like MT4 rest it to zero zoom out.

Hello,

You can click "Start Test" button, select "Define first date to start" option and uncheck "Preload days:" option, in this case Forex Tester will not recalculate history and immediately start a new test from this date.
