Unable to use FT after OS upgrade.

Hi,
Please help, I was unable to use my FT after I changed my OS. The issue flagged out by FT is the hardware ID was changed but no hardware was changed in the process in the OS upgrade. Anyone got a solution for this. Where do FT get its hardware ID from?

On your Forex Tester:
1. Goto [Help] Menu -> Click on [Register Program]
2. Popup Registration Dialog, Choose "I do not have a Registration Key" then <Next> button
3. Choose "I had already paid and need a Registration Key" then <Next>
4. Fill in the form.


Once you received the Registration Key through e-mail, repeat above step:
on step 2: Choose "I have a Registration Key" .. then follow the instruction.
