Histogram Line Thickness Not Supported

When drawing histograms, line thickness does not change regardless of the setting. This is important when coding MT4 indicators over into Forex Tester. Why?

Line thickness in a histogram can represent increasing or decreasing strength or momentum. As an example, there are MACD variants that use both color and line thickness to represent increasing or decreasing momentum.
