Missing data

Hi, there are many missing data. Is it due to the data provider i choose? Attached is just one of them. There are quite alot more missing.

Historical data from what broker do you use?
Please try to re-download historical data for the missing period via the Data Center window and then re-open a project via File -> Open Project menu and check if the error is still there.
Please let us know about the result.

It FXCM data. My vip subscription just expired, did not renew due to these problems so i'm unable to download again.

Hi,
I redownloaded that missing potion and i got the correct data but there's another missing data on 24 Nov which i tired to redownload for the month of Nov, it doesn't work.

Thank you for the screenshot.
I will ask our developers to investigate this issue so they can check if we have historical data for this time period on our server and add them.
