project not re-opened well

I have a project. it contains 13 transactions and a net balance of 131.743 + one open order. When I want to re-open that project, I see in the preview exactly the right nr of orders, right balance and 1 open position. but when i have clicked "open" then my project suddenly only has 11 orders (so also a different account balance) and no more open orders. it looks like the last days or so are ignored?
since i work on a mac with parallels running windows 7 i do not know how to take a screenshot of the preview window (since the FT button for screenshot is not available then).
