CloseAllOpenPos() and DeleteAllPendingOrders() not in help

The CloseAllOpenPos() and DeleteAllPendingOrders() functions are not listed in the help file, I found them by accident.

You may want to include them in the next version of the help file so that others are aware of them.

These functions aren't listed in the 2.6.8 help file, will they be making it into 2.6?

Oh, i've just noticed that these functions are from "TechnicalFunctions" module (auxilliary module), for now we don't plan to describe all functions from this module in help.
