When opening a chart in Testing Mode, there is no data?

I'm running FT v. 2.4.2 (just upgraded from 2.3) and for some reason I can import data in History Mode, generate ticks and easily view a chart and it's multiple time frames.

But then when I switch over the Testing Mode, I go to open that same chart and I receive a chart that says "no data"

This was happening in v 2.3, I reinstalled a number of times and now its the same after the upgrade. Any ideas?

In Testing Mode (before starting new test) you see results of previous tests. When you click Start Test only then your generated ticks will go to the chart, and chart will be updated. So, do not worry when you see this text, it just means that currently chart has no data to show. When you start test this data will be constructed from generated ticks.

Now I have a few other issues.

Does FT need some kind of third party application to run? The reason I ask is because I use FT almost daily and over the last few days (since I've upgraded) I can't get any of my strategies to work. I'm wondering if there's anything that needs to be installed for the .dll files to run properly?

This is such a problem that I reformatted my HD and the only things installed on the computer is Windows XP Pro. SP2, Metatrader and FT.

Even the two strategies that come with FT aren't working.

Any idea's??

I'll try to be as detailed as possible.

In History Mode I can easily import data and generate ticks.

In Testing Mode I can open a new chart, even run a test.

But whenever I enable a strategy (either one of mine or the two that are pre-loaded with FT) they will not run.

I can see that data on the chart is being complied and it moves smoothly, but there are no results or sign of the strategies working. No orders open, close, no trades shown in the Account History. It's as if the strategy isn't executing at all?

If you have the ability to remotely access my computer, the permission is all yours Take a look around for yourself if you wish.

I've noticed that every time I run the "StatementProcessor" strategy, an error pops up and the program needs to restart.

This strategy, as well as my personal ones, run off of executing orders from a statement. At your request, I will PM anyone the complete bug report.
