Hi,

I am new to using FT2 and I noticed there is this situation that I encountered.

I enter a position using the Trade Pad with the SL and TP pips but noticed that whenever the trade is placed, I need to manually go in to set the TP price again as the TP price in the open order or pending order is 0.

Next is there are times that the position is close before my designated TP.

Can someone advise if I had missed something? Thank you!

Sell orders are closed by Ask price and you see the Bid price on chart, that's why you see different prices.
You can set to show the Ask price in the settings of the chart, after this, you will see both Bid and Ask prices on this chart.

As for the Trade Pad, as far as I know, it closes orders by TP properly if you enter the TP in pips and lot to close in the Trade Pad window.
The TP value is stored in a separate file in this case and when this price is reached, the order is closed by TP.
