I want to Search Topic Headers only - not Posts

As the topic header states -

If I want information on a topic such as 'Margin'. Then I want to see the Topics with 'Margin' in the header. These are the only ones that would be useful to me.

I'm not at all interested in seeing a Post, just because it has the word 'Margin' in it, if the Topic is about something completely different.

Is it possible to add a Radio Buttin so you have the option to Search
Topic Headers Only OR Posts ?.
