Space bar gives nex bar also in "every tick" play

Current behaviour.
When the dat feed is paused the space bar wil give the next candle
When the datafeed is active the space bar is disabled


Reqeusted behaviour

When the dat feed is paused the space bar wil give the next candle
When the datafeed is active the space bar complets the current bar and the program will continue to replay the tick data on the next bar.
