I think that it is somewhat cumbersome to start with Delphi or C++ programming when one wants to create indicators or strategies. There must be an easier way to do this. Not all of us are hardcore software developers, who can learn a language as complicated as C++ aside of everything else we have to do. Not to speak from the hell in dependencies, development environments and frameworks that need to be installed for a simple task like programming 5 lines of code for an indicator.
Would it be possible to integrate an easy to use, interpreted language like Tcl (www.tcl.tk) or Python (www.python.org) in FT and expose the FT API through an interface from this language? It shouldn't be hard, these tools are ready to go and available. Indicators and strategies could be written in that language and modified on the fly...
The Tcl interpreter is about 700kB in size and to include it in other software is very clean and well documented, as well as the way to expose program functions as Tcl commands. The language itself is so easy to learn and use, that even my grandma could do that . It is also very friendly in terms of its license (BSD).

At current moment I do not have any plans for this.
Hasta la vista
