This is just something that seems strange to me - not a critical issue by any means.
To install an indicator, you go to File/Install Indicator and tell it where to find the file. Installation in this way is straight forward, intuitive (it's like other programs) and doesn't require a shut down of the program.
To install a strategy, you must copy the .dll file for that strategy into a very specific folder, then restart the program. This just seems weird, and it would be much more logical if you could install a strategy the same way as you install an indicator - and especially without having to shut down and restart the program.
