Pivot Point Monday Fixed

Apparently the pivot indicator could not showing truly value if the data does have sunday chart like IBFX and FXLQ which is using GMT+0 timeserver.
I had the pivot indicator that could correct the data on sunday which is MQ4 file. If you were prepared to change it to dll , i think it will be helpfull all of us .
