Double Bottom / Top Indicator

I would like to create a double bottom / double top indicator. I feel it would be advantageous to have on Forex Tester.

Initially it can be based on the following variables.

Time
Pair
Candle1: Price must close at x price
Candle2: Price must open the next candle at the same price as x Candle1

Then it graphic can be generated when this takes place.

That's all.
