Converting some MA filters to FT2 format

Hey Forex programmers,

Whilst I can program things myself I was looking at fast tracking a couple of things I needed for FT2 and was wondering if anyone could give me some costs around porting these indicators to FT2?

- Triangular MA
- Wilders MA

Requirements
- consistent return params.
- explanatory/verbose variable names. (This just makes it easier for everyone involved to work on it in the future)
- I'd like compilable source code provided on handover, preferably C++ as I've thus far been unable to find free Delphi. If there is some free version please let me know and I'll definitely consider it.

They're from Trading Station 2, indicator files are attached in .lua format.
