"Inner Bar" indicator

Hi there, could anyone suggest how to program an indicator that will
highlight an Inner Bar on 1 hr time frame.

Simple parameters
-inner bar only occurs when the previous bar high is higher and previous bar low is lower by 0.00001 (mini pip)
-to work on 1 hr time frame.

Any help would be great!
