seeking programmer for ongoing project

I am seeking a programmer for an ongoing project. I have a few ideas i would like to test. I am looking to create a strategy and then tweek it several times. Im not looking for a free thing. I will pay as long as it is reasonable. Ive worked with programmers before so i know some of the lingo.
