Looking for a big numbers indicator.

I'm looking for an indicator that works something like pivots but is on big numbers and mid numbers. 00, 10, 20, 35, 50, 65, 80, 90. This is used like pivots for targets and entries. I will attach screenshot of my MT4 screen.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
