Journal Reports Every 15 Seconds While Time Frame 1 Day

I am developing an indicator with using ForexTest 2.8.10 and C++ and encountered a strange behavior of journal.

Although I am testing the indicator I set both time frame and tick package 1 day, the journal or Print() in Calculate() function reports every 15 seconds as if Calcuate() fucntion is triggered every 15 seconds.

Can you tell me why it is happening?

I now understand why it is happening. The Calculate() is called every tick defined with data array so that latest indicator value is always up to date.
