True TMA(Triangular Moving Average) with ATR bands

No repainting TMA indicator with ATR bands like the one used in this thread:

Post #11 or #125 in the thread posted above.

They contain some unwanted extras.
Just the no repainting(true) TMA with ATR bands is of interest.
