These indicators Envelopes which is in the software by default and an indicator on this forum called MA Colored I was wondering
1. if these repaint
2. if not if I could have them in MTF (Multi time framed) Format?

So I don't keep on switching between charts and can keep better prospective of the larger picture.

Sorry, but as far as I know, we don't have MTF version of these indicators.
So the only way is to add a few charts in the program and select a different timeframe on each chart.
Then you can tile all charts via Window -> Tile Horizontally menu, for example and in this case you don't need to switch between a different timeframes, you will see all necessary timeframes at the same time.
