Hi Mr mike

I think that converting MQL to delphi is aroud $20. making the original is $50 more.

when will you start this service?
I want to order it right now if possible.

Mike,
I have been a qualified programmer for some years and personally feel that anyone who is serious about forex testing should be prepared to pay for a programmer's knowledge and expertise that takes significant time and effort to aquire.

I would be happy to take on such indicator or strategy programming jobs for individuals or companies that require it.

I have experience in MQL > FT conversion and programming FT indicators, strategies and scripts from scratch. I can also create MT4 indicators, scripts and EAs.
The cost of such jobs varies greatly due to complexity.
Even the simple strategies often become far more complicated as users realise how an additional function or ten can help them in their trading/data management.

If anyone requires my services or simply wants to know more then please send me a PM.
If you wish to speak to someone I have already worked for please post in the forum or send a PM and I will do my best to put you in touch.

Best regards,
Steve

Hi eiji,
With the help of the examples included with FT many people will try, and succeed, in developing their own indicators/strategies. The problem is that for someone with no programming knowledge this will take significant time and effort. This is fine for some but others will find that they simply do not have the time (day job/full time trading/other responsibilities).

Also, there is more than the API, one also needs to be reasonably well versed in Delphi or C++.

Good luck with your trading!

Regards,
Steve

Hi dackjaniels

I try to study them. I also think that they will become a plus in my trade and others very much in the future.

Thank you for your message.

Good luck with your trading too!

I think the cost of the programmer is relatively high.

How about you encourage and help people to program indicators and share, better for the customer, better for the business

Hello,

We provide free Delphi and C++ API with the program, examples of creating indicators/strategies, also have a "Programming lessons" section on our forum where we show how to create the files for the Forex Tester program.
Sorry, but all our programmers are busy with releasing Forex Tester 3 version so we don't do custom programming at the moment.

In addition, we have dozens of indicators on this forum, you can use the "Search" form and try to find necessary indicators by their name.

What you said is true, however it's not the case for Strategies.

FT2/FT3 would be much more valuable to users if you could add about 10 or more Strategies from Simple to Complex
I've been through all the videos, API's & studied the "few" examples that are available. But they are not sufficient to teach & show users how to create all the different types. Plus users are constantly requesting MT4 -> FT2 conversions of EA' (Strategies) too.
Very few traders are programmers but they are smart enough to learn.
They just need more good information with lots of examples of everything: indicators, strategies, scripts, etc ...
Thanks,
txquestor

Hello,

We will add ~7 new strategies into the Forex Tester 3 program as far as I know, so I hope it will work for you better.

It depends on the terms. I would like to play $40 for a simple and easy task.
