Importing from File
I am having difficulty importing from a file. I have attempted at least a dozen times "tweaking" the approach with the same outcome. I create a text file (also tried a CSV file) in excel with approximately 190,000 rows of 1 minute data. I meticulously use FT2 to import the data insuring each column matches the excel column. However each time I import I only get between 25% to 33% of the rows imported. I attempted to upload the file here, but wasn't successful. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Re: Importing from File
OK, so I kept trying and trying to get the import to work, saving as text files in excel, saving as CSV files changing columns etc. And guess what - it worked (saved as a CSV file and changing the Date and Time files to text) for 3 equities ............ and then went back to only importing 30 - 40% of the rows, even tho I did the same exact process. Now I can't get it to work again (only importing 30 - 40%). Is there a bug in the software?

Re: Importing from File
Hello,
Can you please send a format of the data in your file?
Or please send this file to us to email support@forextester.com so we can check what is wrong with the file and if we can edit it so all rows will be imported

Hello,
You just need to change the format of the file to this format:
20100401,020000,0.91700,0.91740,0.91700,0.91720,71
20100401,020500,0.91720,0.91820,0.91720,0.91780,109
20100401,021000,0.91770,0.91790,0.91750,0.91760,109
20100401,021500,0.91750,0.91800,0.91750,0.91770,121
20100401,022000,0.91770,0.91840,0.91770,0.91840,156
