unable to download data from server nor import from file

Hello,

Can you please tell which operating system do you use?

Please try to launch the program "as administrator" (right-click -> run as administrator). Does it help?

i am using xubuntu. is that a problem?

Yes, probably this is the reason of the problem.

Forex Tester is designed for Windows operating system. As i know, it also works properly under VMware and Parallels emulators.
