switching off auto-zoom on the chart

#1 Postby ccadar » Wed Apr 02, 2014 9:34 am

Hello,

I got a problem with the charts. Please look at the "zoom1.jpg" screenshoot where there is a rectangle drawn over some candlesticks. Now If I move the chart to the right the same rectangle and candles are getting zoomed out automatically "zoom2.jpg" without my will (they are getting huge!). How could I switch off this auto-zoom out feature? it's very annoying for my eyes, I'd like to have the same zoom level all the time on my chart.

Thanks

Hello,

You can change the scale of chart by clicking in prices range, holding and dragging the mouse (please see the screenshots).

So please change the scale of the chart so you will have necessary scale.

Did it work?

Hello,

Please use “Fixed price range” option in chart options (right-click on chart -> Chart Settings -> Chart options tab). After you set bottom and top price of range (please see the screenshot) you will have chart with manual scaling and you won’t have problem with automatic scale changing.
