time frame

#1 Postby mrfancy » Thu May 10, 2012 4:20 am

hi,
can i pause and flip from one time frame to the other on a particular pair?
for instance, if am waiting to get a signal on 60mins and then move to the 15mins to take my entry. is it possible, if yes, how?

thanks

Create another chart in 15min beside 60min, maximize the chart, then you need to flip by click on the tab control. But you click on 'tile vertical', then both charts are placed side by side, then no need to flip.

Solve your problem.

Using one chart, no problem to flip during the pause or running.

Also you can open 2 charts of different timeframes and review the price change simultaneously on both charts. Use "Window -> Tile.." menu to organize charts.

yes, just have import data and then generate ticks on the pairs you want to monitor, switch to testing and you'll have the pairs you generated ticks for

You can open few charts of the same currency pair. Just add two charts via File -> Add New Chart menu. After this you will be able to set 1H timeframe of first chart and 15M timeframe of second chart.
