How did you update your program? did you update it from Help -> Check for updates? or you installed new version over the old version?

Once I start FT2, it checks itself for updates and then I agreed to upgrade to the new version.

You need to do full installation over your current version. Indicators are not included in auto update (it updates only exe file, help and examples).

And how do I do a full installation with the latest version since the downloadable release on the homepage http://www.forextester.com/download.html says its from 04/04/2010. Also, do I have to uninstall my current version before?

It was a mistake, date should be 04/04/2011, I corrected it on site. You do not need to uninstall your previous version, because you will lose all your settings and projects. You need to install new version to the same folder where old version installed.
