Loading Equity Data

I have FT3 and am struggling to get equity data to load. I have saved it as a txt file & then attempted to import into FT3, but I get "no data found" error. I have attached a file showing the data as saved in excel and then the steps taken to load in FT3. Any help?

Hello,

It seems that the problem is with the time format, it should be 09:31 instead of 9:31.

Please try to change it via Excel, this should help.

If not, please send this file to us to email support@forextester.com so we can try to change its format.
